CRUDE OIL PURCHASING

Ryan Ferrell was born in Houston, Texas in June of 1986. After graduating from Northland Christian High School in Houston he moved to Searcy, Arkansas to attend Harding University. While there he was the starting kicker for the Bison’s football team along with earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. He graduated in May of 2008 and then decided to complete the Master’s program, earning a Master's of Business with emphasis on Finance and Ethics in June of 2009. Upon graduation Ryan began his career as a Crude Oil Representative with Sunoco Logistics. From January 2010 to April 2014 he held titles as a Crude Oil Representative, Supply Manager, and Senior Supply Manager. Ryan was responsible for the purchasing along with the operational oversight of up to 20,000 barrels of crude oil per day. In April 2014 Ryan accepted a position with Texas Gathering Company, LLC, where he managed all crude oil marketing operations in Central and East Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana until July 2015 when they were acquired by First River Energy, LLC and Mr. Ferrell was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Texas Crude Oil Marketing. In January of 2016 he brought his strong business savvy, management expertise and generous nature to Truth Resources for a partnership position.

Ryan and his wife Noor Ferrell live in Spring, Texas with their two adorable sons, Kyle and James.

From birth Brandi was immersed in the oil industry and is a proud 2ndgeneration crude marketer. Born in Beaumont, TX, she graduated one year early from Deer Park High School. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston – Clear Lake while also serving as VP of Promotions for the American Marketing Association. Before graduating she interned at Gulfmark Energy in the marketing and safety departments. After assisting with several special projects for companies such as BP Products and Shell Trading she moved to Wichita, KS to begin work with Flint Hills Resources where she held the title of contract analyst before being promoted to lead contract analyst. In 2008, she transferred back to Houston to work in the domestic crude oil department for Noble Energy, Inc. as crude marketing associate. She decided to join the fast paced and challenging life of a midstream company and took a position as crude supply manager at Sunoco Logistics where she learned the art of buying crude, refinery supply and customer service before she finally landed at Truth.
 

Brandi lives on their farm in the Sam Houston National Forest with her husband Brian, their three children Canon, Tassin, and Rowan along with their various assortment of dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, pigs, mini-donkeys, chickens, turkeys and one lovable chubby prairie dog. She has been an active member and volunteer for the Carl McCain Memorial Foundation, Business Women in Petroleum and Dallas Crude Association as well as various church ministries.

Ainsley Walker was born into an oil and gas family in Houston, Texas. She attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, where she became a Horned Frog fanatic for life and she earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Business. Upon graduation Ainsley began her career with Waste Management in the Hazardous Waste segment until she decided it was time to follow in her family’s footsteps and join the industry that makes Houston what it is: Energy. October 2012 she was hired as a Crude Oil Representative with Sunoco Logistics, which later became Energy Transfer Partners, where she was quickly promoted to Supply Manager and then Senior Supply Manager. In April 2019 Ainsley graciously accepted a position with Truth Resources. Ainsley adds a wealth of knowledge, great relationships and dedication to the Truth Team.

Ainsley lives in the Galleria area with her beloved black lab, Jackson. She is actively involved with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, among other charities and local groups.

Justin White was born in Houston, Texas and attended Texas State University in San Marcos where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and worked as a supervisor for the Intramural sports program. After graduating in May 2005 Justin accepted a graduate assistant position at Oklahoma State University and received his Master’s degree in Recreational Management in May 2007. Upon graduation he spent six years with Luling ISD working in the Special Education Department and coached multiple Varsity sports. In July 2013 he decided to move his family back home and joined ARM Energy Management as a Crude Scheduling Analyst. He managed production for multiple producers in various basins throughout the United States. In January 2016 he graciously accepted an offer as Operations Director for Truth Resources where he assists in the accounting, customer service, contracts, division order, marketing analysis and scheduling. 

Justin resides in Conroe with his wife Robyn and their two children Cora and Lincoln. He is passionately involved with encouraging and assisting former Luling students through the college entry process. He enjoys spending time with his family, barbecuing and golfing.

Brittany Sadler grew up in Deer Park, Texas a small suburb of Houston. From birth she was  a standout softball player and before graduating high school was given a  rare, full ride scholarship to play starting pitcher for the University  of North Texas. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in Business  Entrepreneurship. After graduating she moved to San Antonio to pursue a  professional career in finance, helping individuals prepare for  retirement and developing their investment accounts. Later she accepted a  position in the banking industry as a Financial Services Specialist  before joining her husband as his career moved them to various locations  around southern Louisiana until they finally landed back home in Texas.  During her time in finance she was awarded several times for top sales  as well as for outstanding customer service. What was intended to be a  temporary job as they settled back into Texas became a career change  when Texas Honing offered her a permanent position in Purchasing. She  ultimately managed the entire Purchasing department until a position she  couldn't resist and opportunity to do something she never thought she’d  do was presented to her: join the family business. She brings excellent  work ethic, analytical thinking and customer service skills to Truth  Resources as their Marketing Analyst.
 

Brittany resides in  League City where she is an active member of her church. She is an avid  reader and traveler, but her favorite hobby is spending time with her  husband, Byron, and their two dogs.
